Sybrin's Teller Capture is an all-encompassing, well designed Module, with an architecture to cater for the trends of the banking industry (cheque truncation being one example), with the ability to manage the following under one application, with built in workflow for segregated processing/approvals where required:

• Cheque deposits, with correction and balancing functions, and a mode that does not require a deposit slip, with the system printing one, instead.
• Special Presentments and encashments
• Direct Debits
• Direct Credits
• RTGS Payments
• On-line interfacing to given Host Banking System for all the above
• AML lookups
• Cheque Book Ordering
• Cash Drawer/Branch Vault monitoring

Besides what the name suggests, Sybrin's scanning and workflow module also handles all your Account Opening requirements (retail and corporate) with KYC checking using biometric scanning and AML lookups, webcams, scanning of required documents, signature cropping, and so on. It is modelled on the "One View of the Customer", whereby all information pertaining to a particular customer, including all applications or accounts held, and all related scanned documents can be viewed together.
